Who We Are:
We are a committee of the Wisconsin Council on Mental Health with a broad range of mental health representatives and a strong consumer voice who supports the DHS visionary Joint Statement that:
"We aspire to become a society that optimizes the mental, physical, social, emotional, and spiritual health of all persons. Prevention, screening, intervention, and treatment will be person and family-centered, accessible, and appropriate to the gender, culture, and language of all individuals.
